RBNZ Orr: In favourable position with OCR at 1%

The Reserve Bank of New Zealand's governor, Adrian Orr has said that record-low international interest rates are a new challenge facing the Bank. 

• RBNZ in favourable position with OCR at 1%.
• Bank needs to be prepared for the unanticipated.
